Why I Keep the Service Area Focused
I live here in Southwest Cape Coral myself, so keeping Home Watch close to home just makes sense.
It also means I'm experiencing the same weather as the homes I look after. And around here, that can matter. A strong storm can hit one neighborhood while a few miles away there was barely any rain. If something comes through our area, I'm not hearing about it the next day from across town. I was here too.
Being nearby also means that if something deserves another look, it doesn't automatically mean a trip across Cape Coral.
I could cover a much larger area, but that would mean spending more time driving and less time at each home. I'd rather keep the client list manageable, stay close to home, and have the time to do the job properly without rushing from one address to the next.
That's really why I keep it local.
